Every lamp ships fully tracked. Here is how to find yours — and what the tracking is actually telling you.
The moment your lamp leaves my bench, an email goes out with a tracking link in it. Check the inbox you used at checkout, and check the spam folder once. Shipping notifications end up there more often than they should.
If you made an account, you can also open your account and see the order and its tracking link there.
Two ordinary reasons, and neither means anything is wrong:
Then something is wrong and I want to know about it. Send me your order number through Contact Us and I will chase the carrier myself. If the lamp is genuinely lost, Returns & Refunds covers what happens next: a remake or a full refund, your choice.
Check with neighbors and around the property first — carriers leave parcels in remarkable places. If it still hasn't surfaced after 24 hours, write to me and I will open a case.
You don't have to wait for a scan to know where things stand. Send me your order number and I will tell you honestly what stage your lamp is at, even when the honest answer is that it is still curing.
